PASSPORT AND VISA REQUIREMENTS

We strongly advise you to apply for a visa at least two months prior to the Conference.

Participants from non-EU countries must present a passport as follows:

  • its validity period will expire no earlier than 3 months after the expiry of the visa you are applying for
  • it contains at least two blank pages
  • it was issued within the last 10 years.

Participants requiring a visa should apply as soon as possible to the Consular Office or Embassy of Poland in their home country in order to avoid any inconvenience.

We will help delegates by processing the official invitation upon request.

To prepare the official invitation, we need the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Date and place of birth
  • Country of citizenship (country which issued your passport)
  • Passport number
  • Expiry date

The invitation letter will be sent to your email as a PDF file upon reception of all the required information. However, should the embassy require an original invitation letter, we can deliver it but the applicant will cover the shipping costs.
costs.

The invitation letter should be presented to the Embassy of Poland (or Consulate) in your country in order to receive a visa to attend the Conference.
