The prize is participation in any IBDiM course on corrosion protection, conducted in 2026, priced at €1, for one of the participants of PractiCORR. The course is conducted in Polish and takes place in Poland.
Only those interested in participating in the IBDiM course and attending the PractiCORR 2025 Conference can receive and redeem the prize. The rules for receiving the prize will be announced during the Conference.
IBDiM training topics cover a wide range of issues related to corrosion protection of steel and concrete structures – in road, rail, building, transport, and urban infrastructure, as well as in the energy, petrochemical, marine, and offshore sectors.
The prize is participation in the Frosio Corrosion Protection Inspector or FROSIO Insulation Inspector course, priced at €1, for one of the participants of PractiCORR. The course is conducted in Poland, in Polish, and in person. Only those interested in participating in the FROSIO course and attending the PractiCORR 2025 Conference can receive and redeem the prize. The prize can be redeemed at any Frosio Corrosion Protection Inspector or Frosio Insulation Inspector course conducted in 2026 by SLV Duisburg in cooperation with SLV Polska.
The rules for receiving the prize will be announced during the Conference.
The FROSIO Inspector Certification System has achieved high international recognition, and a certified FROSIO inspector is a special confirmation of high qualifications as an inspector in the field of corrosion protection and insulation.
The award is a DeFelsko® PosiTector® 6000 FS Standard coating professional inspection gage worth PLN 3,700. PosiTector® 6000 FS Standard professional inspection gage features a cable probe for ferromagnetic surfaces, memory, statistics, alarms, data transmission and reports. When swapped with optional probes, it allows for other inspection measurements, such as surface profile (ISO 8503-5), humidity conditions (ISO 8502-4), and ionic contamination (ISO 8502-6).
